What exactly happens when I miss a call?

The caller gets a text within seconds that names your business and asks if it's an emergency. RingBack Pro collects their name, address and issue, flags urgent jobs for your on-call tech, and sends you one text summary.

Is it okay to text people who call my shop?

We only text people who just called you, so they started the conversation. We never cold-text. The first message names your business and includes STOP/HELP, and opt-outs are honored on every later message. US carriers require A2P 10DLC registration before texting goes live, and we'll walk you through it during onboarding. This isn't legal advice.

Does it book directly into my calendar?

Not yet. Right now RingBack Pro collects the job details, creates a booking record and alerts you, and you confirm the time with the customer. Calendar slot booking is on our roadmap.

What about texts late at night?

The instant text-back is a direct reply to someone who just called, so it goes out any time. Review requests are held during quiet hours (8pm to 8am, shop-local time) and are sent at least 24 hours after a job is marked complete.
